Calculus, Schaum's Series.   Low-priced, with oodles of solved practise problems, used by generations of calculus students.

A no-cost resource is Paul's Online Notes , that in addition to notes also contains many completely solved examples.

A graphing calculator is NOT required and will not be allowed during quizzes and exams!
